做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
