做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
