做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
