做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
