做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
