做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
