做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
