做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
