做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
