做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
