做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
