做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
