做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
