做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
