做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
