做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
