做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
