做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
