做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
