做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
