做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
