做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
