做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
