做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
