做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
