做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
