做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
