做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
