做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
