做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
