做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
