做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
