做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
