做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
