做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
