做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
