做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
