做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
