做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
