做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
