做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
