做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
