做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
