做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
