做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
