做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
