做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
