做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
