做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
