做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
